Alright, so here I have VMware 7.1 and a working Osx Leopord VMX file for VMware.
I have personally tested this on my PC.
My system is as follows:

AMD 9950BE x4 2.6ghz
4GB Corsair Dominator Ram
ATi 3870 x2 1GB GPU
1 x 320GB Sata Drive.
